Catella Project Management hires Oliver Zähr as new Head of Finance & Contract Management

Catella Project Management gains Oliver Zähr as new Head of Finance & Contract Management, further expanding the management team.

Oliver Zähr (42) has been the new Head of Finance & Contract Management at Catella Project Management GmbH since August 1, 2024 and in this management position assumes overall responsibility for the area of financing and contract management. His main tasks include the financing and structuring of current and planned future projects (debt, whole loan, mezzanine, JV), contract management and the optimization of all operational activities in this area. He reports directly to the management.

 

Oliver Zähr, who holds a degree in law (LL.M.), has many years of experience in the real estate and banking sector. Before joining Catella Project Management, Zähr was most recently Head of Financing at 6B47 Germany GmbH, where he was responsible for raising capital for project developments, among other things. Prior to that, Zähr worked as Finance Manager at the Hahn Group and the GERCH Group, among others.

 

Oliver Zähr is looking forward to his new tasks: “The development of real estate requires not only visionary thinking and precise construction, but also a solid financing strategy that creates room for growth and stability.”

Around 4,000 new apartments are currently being built in the Rhineland alone, including 147 subsidized apartments in Grand Central at Düsseldorf Central Station, which were completed in autumn 2023.
