Since then, we have continuously expanded our portfolio, especially in recent years, and now manage almost 30 properties with real estate assets of > EUR 500 million in Europe. The properties are held in various special funds, with two investment strategies concentrating exclusively on logistics properties.

Logistics properties have now established themselves as an institutional asset class and are the second strongest asset class on the German investment market after residential properties. Due to the recent price corrections and growing momentum on the investment market as well as robust rental markets and rising rent levels, we currently see market opportunities for attractive investment opportunities in many submarkets in Germany and Europe.
Our many years of logistics expertise and our network of 25 branches in 12 European countries give us exclusive access to high-quality logistics properties in existing and emerging markets at attractive yields. Our proactive asset management is geared towards continuously monitoring the existing portfolio and constantly developing it with a focus on sustainability and third-party usability.
