Regional Strategies

We serve regional strategies in Germany and Europe, specifically tailored to the wishes of our customers.

BeNeLux

We invest in economically strong regions in the Netherlands and to a small extent in Belgium. The focus here is on classic residential real estate and, as an addition, senior housing, which is especially preferred by older residents.

Individual Mandate Germany

For our insurance client, we are building up a portfolio in major German cities and growth regions in an individual mandate.

Southern Germany

We have been investing in real estate in selected locations in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg for over ten years. In addition to the Munich metropolitan region, the investment universe is located in the southern German federal states. In addition to regional diversification, the product is characterized by sector diversification in the office, retail, logistics and, to a lesser extent, other use types.

European focus regions

Real estate investments in high-growth European metropolitan areas (with an ESG focus).

Scandinavia

Investments in selected Nordic target markets.
