Berlin, 3 December 2018 - The European rating agency Scope has awarded the best asset managers and the most convincing fund concepts. The Berlin-based Catella Residential Investment Management (CRIM) won one of the coveted Scope Investment Awards in the category "Institutional Real Estate Residential".
In particular, the jury highlighted the long and successful track record of CRIM's residential strategies and praised the innovative investment concepts as well as the integration of sustainability aspects.
"This award is a special appreciation for the entire team. It reflects the more than 10 years of successful cooperation between employees ", says Michael Fink, Managing Director of CRIM. The jury evaluated all fund concepts on the basis of six categories: innovation, investment management, operational asset management, track record, transparency and sustainability. The Scope Awards are given annually by the Scope Group, a leading provider of independent ratings, research and risk analysis.
