CATELLA PROPERTY advised PEUGEOT INVEST on the sale of a property complex dedicated to logistics located at 175 rue des Caboeufs in Gennevilliers (92).
Built in 1998 and fully owned, the property complex is composed of two buildings covering 14,637 sqm.
Located in the heart of the Gare des Grésillons urban development zone, the assets are strategically located with very easy access to the major economic hubs thanks to the road axes of the western sector and the public transport network (in particular the RER C and metro line 15 within the framework of the Grand Paris project).
GEFCO, the European leader in automotive logistics and one of the top 10 international supply chain players, has been the sole tenant since the site was delivered, and acquired the property for €38m (excluding VAT).
The transaction was carried out by CATELLA PROPERTY CONSULTANTS under an exclusive sales mandate.
