Paris 17th: a developer-investor gets his hands on 134 rue de Tocqueville

Altev, a specialist in the development of real estate assets, particularly in the Greater Paris area, has acquired 134 rue de Tocqueville in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, following a call for tenders conducted by Ikory and Catella.

Already active in the 11th and 18th arrondissements at the start of the year, the developer-investor, created in the summer of 2018, has thus got its hands on a mixed-use complex comprising 11 flats, spread over 1,000 sq.m., as well as 1,000 sq.m. of offices and warehouses, rented under commercial leases, but also 41 parking spaces.

"To date, Altev, which has invested €200m since its creation, has more than ten operations underway," Anne-Laure Camilotto, investment director of a group that has made "value creation" its trademark, explains to Business Immo.

In this transaction, both parties were accompanied by Michelez Notaires. Financing: My Money Bank.
