Amongst the transactions recently completed by CATELLA PROPERTY in the retail segment, there are three purely Parisian ground floor transactions.
Catella Property is installing :
- ISABEL MARANT at 59 rue de Seine in the 6ᵉ arrondissement, the high-end ready-to-wear brand created in 1994 and with over fifty shops. The brand, which is already present at 50 rue de Seine, is expanding by taking on a lease for this new 182 sq. m. commercial space, spread over two floors.
- UNION IMAGERIE at 161 avenue Victor Hugo in the 16ᵉ arrondissement. Specialising in radiodiagnostic and radiotherapy activities, the centre is leasing 275 sqm spread over two floors from an institutional landlord.
- KANTEEN at 118 rue de Longchamp in the 16ᵉ arrondissement. Owned by an institutional investor, the premises develop 145 sq.m. and benefit from very high ceilings as well as a terrace for private use. Fast food brand created in 2015, Kanteen thus confirms its development with this 3ᵉ address, after a first opening in the 17ᵉ arrondissement then in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
