Catella APAM acquired The Arches, Leicester in 2021 for £31.6M in partnership with Catella European Residential Fund III (“CER III”). Catella APAM instructed by Catella Residential Investment Management (“CRIM”) acted as investment and asset manager. The 184 unit bespoke Build to Rent development in Leicester City Centre with a high quality and well-designed amenity space totalling 4,200 sq ft including a cinema room, 2 residents lounges and a large double height reception area together with 43 car parking spaces and on-site cycle storage. This was CER III’s first UK acquisition forming part of a longer-term strategy to invest in high quality, well-located residential assets across the UK.
