60 spring Gardens is a c. 26K sq ft office building in Manchester City Centre. Catella APAM purchased for £7.8M March 2016. Current AM initiatives have increased value to in excess of £10M, AM initiatives included a surrender of four floors and two pre-lets agreed at ground floor to Black Sheep Coffee & Six by Nico.
