The fund rules for all our Swedish funds have been amended from September 10. Note that the new unit classes have NOT yet been activated, and the only active class is SEK Retail Class, which corresponds to the existing units.
The main changes:
All funds
We have moved the information about the timing of subscriptions and redemptions of units to the prospectus, but the same cut-off times apply. Clarification that the funds may be charged with separate analysis costs, provided that this is compatible with the Swedish Investments Funds Act/Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act.
Catella Hedgefond
The fund is introducing four unit classes (A SEK, Retail Class; B NOK, Retail Class; C EUR, Retail Class; and D USD, Retail Class). The conditions differ between the classes in terms of the currency used for calculation and publication of the unit value.
Catella Credit Opportunity
The fund is introducing six unit classes (A SEK, Retail Class; B NOK, Retail Class; C EUR, Retail Class; D EUR, Institutional Class; E USD, Retail Class; and F USD, Institutional Class). The conditions for unit classes A-C and E differ only in terms of the currency used for calculation and publication of the unit value. The conditions for unit classes D and F also differ from other unit classes in terms of the minimum deposit amount and charges.
Catella Småbolagsfond
The fund is introducing three unit classes (A SEK, Retail Class; B EUR, Retail Class; and C EUR, Institutional Class). The conditions differ between the classes in terms of the currency used for calculation and publication of the unit value. The conditions for unit class C also differ from other unit classes in terms of the minimum deposit amount and charges.
