Tre Kronor Property Investment announce successful share issue

Swedish listed property company Tre Kronor Property Investment AB announced 24^th October 2018 about its successful 336 MSEK share issue to finance its latest 903 MSEK acquisition. This was a great co-operation in execution of three business areas of Catella.  Catella Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor and originator of the portfolio, Catella Bank as a lead manager and distributor of equity and Catella Asset Management as manager of the company.
