Pan-European investments in residential real estate have high diversification potential that other asset classes cannot offer to this extent. Due to the local character of residential real estate, there is little correlation between the individual regional, national and international markets. The risk diversification of our products is achieved through the purchase of individual properties in various markets. We have been investing in European housing markets since 2007 and have cross-border expertise in Europe.
