Focus Global Forests invested globally in a diversified tree species portfolio and was designed as a special real estate fund under German investment law. It was suitable for insurance companies, pension funds, foundations and family offices. Together with Pöyry Management Consulting Oy, Finland, it was put together and managed as an independent consultant.
Focus Global Forests pursued a global investment strategy and acquired forest areas in Scandinavia as well as North and South America.
The management mandate for Focus Global Forests has been transferred to the depositary bank at 00:00 on 1st March 2019.
