Catella Multitenant Stiftungsfonds

Sustainable investments for foundations and investors whose activities are mainly dedicated to common welfare.

In 2013 the German special fund “Catella Multitenant Stiftungsfonds“ was launched. The fund only invests in economically strong German cities (A- and B-locations). The investment spectrum covers office, retail, logistics and residential buildings. Complementary types of use like car parks or self storage are also possible.
