Delivery of the 55 Amsterdam's marketing suite

The Building located at 55 rue d'Amsterdam, owned by Gecina and commercialized by Catella Property through an exclusive mandate, was completely redesigned in order to place the quality of employees as a primary requirement.

The building will be delivered in January 2017.

The construction is still in progress nevertheless there is a show space which allows future users to project themselves into the future building.

Its geographical location in the heart of the CBD confers it a good accessibility by public transports: Metro Line 13 Station Liège located at two-minute walk away, Metro Line 3 Station Saint Lazare located at five-minute walk away, - and by road.

This building, completely restructured consists of 12 500 sq.m and offers quality services: a chic designed hall, an Art Gallery, meeting rooms, an auditorium, a restaurant space and 404 sq.m of panoramic terraces.

Part of an approach of sustainable development, the building is also the first Paris office building to be Well and BiodiverCity certified. The welfare and the biodiversity blend in perfectly with the 3 main green spaces of the building: roof, accessible and attractive patio as well as the integration of an insect hotel and birdhouses on the open sky terrace, on the top of the 55 Amsterdam's building.
