All of the company's shares holding a building located at 4, avenue Réaumur in Clamart (92) was sold to a top-rank institutional investor.
This building (14,100 useful sq.m), fully-owned, consists of office areas and clean rooms. It was designed and built by the group Stargime in 2009.
Since its delivery, it is entirely rented to the group LivaNova (ex Sorin Group), manufacturer of very high-technology medical equipments, under a firm 12-year lease.
The transaction was carried out by CATELLA PROPERTY under an exclusive mandate.
The seller was also advised by Stargime, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Gowling WLG and SCP Durand & Jacquet.
