SCPI Elysées Pierre, managed by HSBC Reim has acquired from EPL, a fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM France , an office building at 1-3, boulevard de l' Europe in Poissy (78).
Developing approximately 16,000 sq.m, all delivered in 2006 is fully leased to the French car manufacturer PSA , as part of a firm lease of eleven. This operation was carried out by Catella Property.
