Monceau Assurances acquired from OFI REIM, the 124, rue Reaumur in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris.
This building, built in 1905 by architect Georges Chedanne, develops 5,124 m2 of offices. In 2010, it was renovated by OFI Reim and Studios Architecture. The asset is fully occupied by three tenants.
In this transaction, OFI REIM was advised by Catella Property.
