"Le Mazagran", Gecina's property has been sold to a French institutional investor.
The building, located in Gentilly (94), on the edge of the 13th arrondissement of Paris, includes a surface area close to 15,000 sq.m. It is fully leased to Ipsos until the end of 2016 (70% of the area covered by a 10 year firm lease renewed at January 2015). The amount of the transaction is close to € 84 million (deed in hand), "reflecting a premium on the latest expertise of nearly 11.5%."
In this transaction, Gecina was advised by Catella, as part of a co-exclusive mandate.
