The CREDI Main Index increased by more than ten points from the previous survey, reaching 56.4 points. This is the first time since the rise in interest rates that the Main Index has surpassed the neutral 50-point threshold.
Based on the survey, the development of the real estate debt financing market was neutral in the first half of the year. However, there has been a clear positive shift in market sentiment. In particular, the improvement in availability of financing is an encouraging sign, even though financing new projects remains challenging. A slight market recovery is expected in the second half of the year, supported by slowing inflation and central banks’ policy rate cuts.
