Catella advised in the sale of two community properties

The Kuusamo health centre has a central location in Kuusamo and it offers a wide range of healthcare services, including 24/7 emergency care, imaging services, and specialist medical services.

The Ruijanmutka care home was completed in two phases in 2011 and 2020, providing a total of 23 living spaces for people with disabilities.

The properties are leased to the wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia, Pohde. The total lettable area of the properties is approximately 15,000 sq.m., and the purchase price is approximately 10 million euros.

Catella acted as financial advisor to the seller in the sales process.
