Catella acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Paavo Nurmi Foundation in the sale of two residential properties located in the districts of Töölö and Kallio in the inner city of Helsinki to Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
The properties located at Linnankoskenkatu in Töölö and Fleminginkatu in Kallio were originally constructed in 1938 and 1912. These historical properties have been renovated over the years to meet the current standards and a major renovation has been carried out in the Kallio property in 2018. The properties have excellent micro locations in one of the most desired districts in the inner city of Helsinki.
The buildings have in total 94 apartments and 7 retail premises. The total lettable area is approximately 4,500 sqm.
Paavo Nurmi Foundation was founded in 1968 by the Olympian and businessman Paavo Nurmi to promote research into cardiovascular diseases and public health.
