Catella advised in the sale of a modern logistics centre in the Helsinki region

The divested asset is a modern logistics centre that has been constructed in 2016 and later expanded in 2020. The building consists of approximately 6,600 square metres of lettable area. The building has a unique layout providing flexibility and convertibility for a variety of needs and has an exceptional free ceiling height of 10 metres. The asset takes sustainability into account by using both geothermal and solar energy. The logistics centre accommodates a company which operates in the field of fashion and decoration.
