Catella acted as private investors’ advisor in the sale of an industrial and warehouse property in Tampere

Catella acted as private investors’ exclusive financial advisor in the sale of an industrial, warehouse and office property in Linnakorpi, Pirkkala. The buyer is the Swedish real estate investment company AB Sagax.

The property is located in Pirkkala, in a visible place by the ring road in address Muuraintie 3. The multipurpose property is fully leased, to example Satron Instruments, Atoy and Sigma Trukit. The building was completed in 2019 and its lettable area is about 3,939 square meters.
