Catella advised OP’s Real Estate Fund in the sale of a property in Helsinki inner city

The former reception centre located in the address of Kaarlenkatu 7 in Kallio is planned to be demolished and a modern residential property will be built on the site. The future residential building’s total area will be approximately 3,000 square metres. The development project will be executed by construction company Lapti Oy.
