Catella advisor in the sale of a hotel property in Helsinki

Tradeka-kiinteistöt has sold the shares entitled to the hotel operations from the mutual real estate company Kiinteistö Oy Helsinginkatu 25. The hotel is located in Kallio in Helsinki and is leased to Scandic with a long lease agreement. The hotel comprises in total 121 hotel rooms and has been extensively renovated during 2019.

Including the sale of this property, Tradeka has sold four hotel properties during the last year. In three of these hotel properties Scandic has been the tenant. In total the sold hotel properties include approximately 460 hotel rooms and approximately 35,000 square metres of area.

Catella acted as Tradeka-Kiinteistöt Oy’s advisor in the sales processes of these hotel properties.
