Catella advised Kalevala Jewelry in the sale of their office and industrial property in Pitäjänmäki, in address Strömbergintie 4, Helsinki. The buyer is SRV construction company. Catella assisted Kalevala Jewelry in the search of a new location and in the letting negotiations. The construction works of the new premises were completed in June 2018 and they are located in the address of Hankasuontie 11 A in Konala.
Kalevala Jewelry and the city of Helsinki started in 2013 the change of the industrial town plan into residential purposes. At the same time Kalevala Jewelry started the planning and searching of new premises.
Kalevala Koru Oy (Kalevala Jewelry) is one the largest jewelry manufacturers in northern Europe. The company designs, manufactures and markets high-quality gold, silver and bronze jewelry, and owns two high-level consumer brands: Kalevala Jewelry and Lapponia Jewelry. The company's net sales are around EUR 14,5 million and it employs some 120 people.
