Catella has appointed M.Sc (Econ) Jan Malms to the Helsinki Corporate Finance unit to strengthen its real estate advisory services.
Jan Malms joins Catella from Aventum Partners Oy, where he has been working with corporate finance assignments for over 10 years, most recently as a director. Jan has an extensive experience from corporate M&A and capital markets transactions and he has been involved as advisor in a large number of major transactions and other projects in the Finnish market in recent years. Jan will work as a director in Catella, being in charge of real estate related transactions and advisory projects. Jan will start working in Catella on January 8th 2018.
