Renor Oy has sold the court house in Hämeenlinna city center. The buyer is Hemsö.
The sales price is approximately EUR 9 million. The lettable area of the property is about 4,700 sqm. The court house is leased to Senate Properties. The property is used by the Administrative Court, the District Court and the Execution Office. The Ministry of Justice has occupied the building since 1980.
Catella acted as advisor to the seller in the process.
