Veritas Pension Insurance has sold a residential portfolio including seven centrally located assets in the Helsinki area, Turku and Vaasa in two separate transactions.
The buyer in the bigger transaction was the Finnish residential investment company Sato Oyj. The Vaasa assets, total 36 apartments, were sold in a separate transaction earlier in the summer to a private investor. The portfolio included in total 186 apartments. Catella acted as the seller’s financial advisor in the transaction.
