Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd has sold a large office building located close to the CBD of Helsinki. The building is leased to the Finnish Environment Institute. Catella acted as the seller's advisor on the transaction.
The building is located in Töölö area, next to the Sibelius Park. Building was known until the 1990s as Yleisradio's Kesäkatu broadcasting building. Yleisradio moved in to their new premises later. The area of the building is approximately 19,000 sqm.
The Buyer is Auratum, which is planning to start the residential conversion project by turning the building over to 150 flats.
