Coriant Oy (former Tellabs Oy) has sold two properties, office and industrial, in Espoo. The buyer is Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj.
Office, industrial and warehouse buildings are together approximately 30,000 sqm. Coriant Oy leased back 50 per cent of the premises with a long lease agreement. Coriant's premises are in office, laboratory and warehouse use.
