Senate Properties has sold the Finnish government office building, aka Hippostalo, in the Kaleva district in Tampere.
Senate Properties has sold the Finnish government office building, aka Hippostalo, in the Kaleva district in Tampere. The purchaser is the Tampere Student Housing Foundation (TOAS).
The purchase price is €12.1 million.
The area of Hippostalo is approx. 19,000 m2 and the plot also has an unused building right of approx. 10,000 m2.
Catella Property Oy acted as seller's advisor in the transaction.
