Mandatum Life has sold an office building in Käpylä, Helsinki. The buyer is Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate (AIF) administered by eQ Asset Management.
The area of the building is approximately 7.650 sq.m. Location of the modern office building is traffic-relatedly excellent, near Käpylä’s railway station. The office building is let to SATO Corporation.
Catella Property Oy acted as Mandatum’s advisor in the transaction.
