BASF sells office building

BASF Oy has sold an office building in Raisio, near Turku. The purchaser is a private investor.

The area of the modern object is approx. 4,700 m2. The entire building is let to a company listed on the Finnish stock exchange.

Catella Property Oy acted as seller's advisor in the transaction.
