We are excited to announce CAM Finland's recent recruit - Tomi Nieminen as Asset Manager.
In his role, Tomi will focus on technical and administrative aspects related to property asset management and investment management.
Tomi brings extensive experience from Caverion, Newsec and Colliers, where he has worked closely on aligning the needs of property owners and tenants.
Tomi has developed a deep understanding of property owners' strategies for addressing complex property management challenges and creating effective operational models across various property types. He has vast experience from planning and implementating e.g. PTS renovations, long-term property development, tenant modifications, energy efficiency improvements, and other sustainable solutions.
Tomi will play a key role in enhancing CAM Finland's technical capabilities and optimizing property performance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions to our clients, as well as ensuring tenant satisfaction and supporting leasing activities.
