Catella Finland is looking for a Valuation Advisor in Helsinki

What we are looking for:

  • A good knowledge of the real estate environment and market in the Helsinki metropolitan area
  • A relevant technical or commercial education degree
  • Authorized Property Valuer (AKA) degree will be considered as advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work in Finnish and English
  • Natural, responsible and forward presentation skills with clients
  • Familiarity with key software programs. AI and other tech skills will be considered as advantage
