Catella Finland is looking for a Head of Valuation

The job description in brief:

• Ensure continued profitable growth of Catella’s valuation business in Finland
• Managing and organizing the entire valuation team in Finland
• Actively take part in Catella Finland’s management group
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all valuation and consulting related matters with both external clients and within the firm internally
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective valuation business practice in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and highest industry standards

What we are looking for:

• A qualified valuation professional with extensive experience and thorough understanding of real estate, valuation and consulting businesses
• Proven sales and marketing experience and excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with clients at all levels
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate personnel
• Higher university degree (e.g. M.Sc. in technology or economics). Authorized property valuer (AKA) degree will be considered as advantage
• Experience and hands-on expertise from data management systems including AI tools, databases, tech solutions are considered a plus
• An individual that is looking to take the next step in their career and is willing to develop and grow Catella’s business in Finland
