Sustainability has become much more prominent in Europe’s real estate sector over the past decade, and green issues are today an integral part of the business. It should therefore come as no surprise that green funds are growing in importance in the property investment market.

Timo Nurminen has been appointed to head Catella’s new business area, Property Investment Management, together with Andreas Kneip and Francois Brisset. Timo most recently held the position as acting head of Catella’s banking business and has held senior positions at Catella for more than 15 years.
