Catella advised NIAM on DKK 620 million sale to Klövern

Catella acted as exclusive financial advisor to NIAM in the sale of a 19,300 sq.m. office property centrally located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen.

NIAM, one of the leading Scandinavian private equity real estate firms, has sold Porcelænshaven 16-26, centrally located in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. The property, which is part of the former Royal Danish Porcelain Factory, was sold to the listed Swedish real estate company Klövern AB for DKK 620 million.

The sale comprises an office property with a lettable area of approx. 19,300 sq.m. as well as approx. 9,600 sq.m. underground parking facilities, which are fully-let to Copenhagen Business School on a long-term contract running until 2028.
